Here's a few fun fact's about zucchini that you might have not known. The biggest zucchini to date weighted 65 pounds and was 94 inches long. WOW MAMA! That's a big one. You can fry the flowers and they are considered a delicacy in some countries. Zucchini's are rich in potassium which make them great for people with high blood pressure. They also contain vitamins such as A,C & B6. Before you peel them think twice. Most of the nutrients are in the skins. If you prefer the smaller fruit they will most likely be sweeter and have fewer seeds.
