26 Weeks and counting....

Alright Alright! We are still alive and I'm still pregnant. 26 Weeks and 2 days to be exact that means 3 months or less till the little bean gets here. We have been super busy I'll update you on life with the Monda's in my next post but for now enjoy the pregnancy update.

26 Weeks

How far along are you: 26 Weeks and 2 days!

Maternity Clothes: My motto is comfy. All maternity clothes now except for the occasional pre-pregnancy tank top or t-shirt I still can somehow manage to fit into. I have noticed a few of them my belly hangs out the bottom. I think I'll retire these till after the baby comes.

Gender Guess:  At this point I go back and forth on a daily basis. We will be happy with 10 fingers and 10 toes whatever the little bean is.

Stretch Marks: A tiney tiny one that you pretty much have to have a magnifying glass to see. But you can bet that I spotted that sucker right away!

Sleep: Still sleeping good thank goodness. I'm hoping this will last for the next 14 weeks. :)

Cravings: Nothing in particular. Everything just tastes better. Although the other day I would have killed for a potato chip.

What Makes Me Wanna Gag: Still managing this one pretty good. Really fragrent lotions and scents almost put me over the edge.

Mood: Happy as a clam.

Best Part Thus Far:  Little M sure is a mover and a shaker. I think I might have an olympic gymnist growing in here. I love how baby is actually starting to seem like a whole human being now I can feel it really moving its whole body and not just kicks and jabs here that there.

Excited For: Maternity leave couldn't come any sooner :) 2 months and 14 days to go. I'm not counting though.

Other preggo related updates:

We picked up our car seat and stroller thanks to my awesome money saving skills we manage to practically steal it from target. We have built up a pretty good stock of gender neutral clothing. I found an awesome baby resale shop in Vancouver that I have been officially banned from till the bean arrives. I have been cooking up a storm and stocking our freezer full of meals and food for when we just don't have time to cook everynight. I've been trying to take it easy and it looks like I'll be doing a little more of that since last Wednesday I started having contractions about 14 weeks too early. Thank goodness we got that under control now if I can just learn to relax and take it easy it should be smooth sailing till October.
